We accept panel
submissions from everyone over the age of 18. Proposals are evaluated both individually and against similar types of proposals. Acceptance will be determined by creativity, a strong belief that your
panel will be successful, and schedule availability.
We are looking
for panels that:
- Directly involves
Undertale. Your panel should focus on what this event is all about, and that's Undertale!
- Are well-planned and have
supporting materials. Your discription of your panel will be our first glimpse into what you're wanting to accomplish with your panel. Make sure it’s well-written and try to include
evidence that the panel will be successful. If there are ideas that you would like to share with us that can’t be included in the online form (such as a picture), email it to firstname.lastname@example.org (make sure to
include your name and the panel name for reference).
- Are engaging and
interactive. Use your imagination and creativity and think of what you'd love to experience in an Undertale panel. An in-character Q&A, an AU discussion, voice acting,
drawing workshop, and many other ideas are highly encouraged!
- Don’t involve
physicality. We don’t have the room or oversight to make sure these types of panels are run safely.
- Are for all
ages. Please keep your panel content at PG-13 or under.
If you have any other
